No gimmicks, or 'level-packages'... To provide a consistently exceptional
performance/show, certain things need to happen.  DJ Eddie doesn't
compromise, or leave anything to chance, thus we have all-inclusive pricing for formal events,
noting:

Event Planning:

  *  Pre-Event Consultation(s)
  *  Personal Online Event Planner
  *  On-Line Music Library

Professional Services:

    *  Formal (or per your specifications) Attire
    *  Master of Ceremonies
    *  Cocktail Music
    *  Dinner Music
    *  Continuous Dance Music (no breaks)
    *  On-Site Event Coordination or Assistance (if you already have a Coordinator)
    *  Set-Up Before Guests Arrive (unless prohibited by hall)

Professional Equipment:

    *  Self-Supported DJ Booth (no table or skirting is required from the hall)
    *  Top Of The Line Commercial Sound System with 2 Speakers
    *  Wireless Microphone for Toasts and Other Announcements
    *  On-Site Back-Up Equipment

Light Stands / Trussing:

    *  Two Light Stands Providing Illumination from up to 10' Overlooking the Dance Floor

Lighting:

    *  8 - Par 38 Colored Light Cans
    *  1 - NSI Light Controller for controlling cans (audio-sync, chasing, scenes, dimming, moods)
    *  2 - Dimmer Packs for Par Cans


Pricing varies by date, time, location, and type of event.  If you fill out an inquiry form, with details, we will send you a quote for your event.

However, to give you an idea whether or not DJ Eddie's prices will fit your budget, consider the following  prices:

Wedding Receptions - Start at $875 for prime dates, and $675 for off dates.

Corporate and most other Special Events - Start at $775 for prime dates, and $675 for off dates.

Schools - Start at $675 for prime dates, and $475 for off dates (see new offer below).

Graduation Parties - DJ Eddie III (see below) is available, starting at $400.

Charity Events - Depends on date... Call or email for quote.

Clubs - Depends on dates and number of multiple nights... Call or Email for quote.

Karaoke, Guitar Hero & Rock Band are now available for all events.

New offer for Schools, Graduation Parties and other Non-Formal Events:
DJ Eddie III (DJ Eddie's son) is now available for these events, starting at $400.  Call or email for more information.

  • Additional charges may apply for the following:

    Excessive travel and/or lodging:
    We will travel south, as far as Toledo (Ohio).  North, as far as Saginaw (or Frankenmouth).  West, as far as Ann Arbor or Brighton.  East, to the water (up to Port Huron), at no additional charge.
    Outside of these parameters, we will add .80 per mile (covers both ways), plus lodging expenses if venue is 3+ hrs. away.

    Because of the time it takes to get through customs, we no longer play events in Canada.

    DJ Eddie's Michigan ski-season clause:
    DJ Eddie, and family, are downhill ski/snowboard junkies...
    We will waive travel and lodging fees to any event taking place near Gaylord or Traverse City, during ski season (Dec. - March), provided that DJ Eddie has no other event planned the same weekend.

    Cover (for us only) for outdoor events - $50 (we will not play outdoors without cover even on sunny days)

    Generator for outdoor events with no available power - $95

    Additional sound for events with over 500 guests (we bring up to 2 additional amps, sub-woofer(s), and up to 4 additional speakers) - $150 to $250

    Additional sound system for same-day ceremony or cocktails taking place in a different location than where we're set up for reception - $225

    Eight feet of high-impact lighting effects, and intelligent lighting - $100

    Portable Dance Floor - $300 (up to 15x30)... Available outdoors in covered locations only.
