This is our Wedding Reception Itinerary.  This form contains the same information as our hardcopy sheets.  I recommend filling this out and submitting, along with the 'Bridal List',  one to four weeks prior to the reception.  Upon receipt, I will call you back to confirm all information, and go over anything not covered here.

Please consider that all couples in the Bridal Party will be announced by name during the Bridal Dance...that considered...

Typically, I will start by having the Bridal Party enter the hall as a group, and then the Bride and Groom by name.  If you have a professional videographer, or would still like to have each couple announced individually into the room, please check the following box .

If the cake is going to be served as desert, you and/or the hall may request that you cut the cake prior to dinner...if this is the case, please check here .  If not, what time would you like to do the cake cutting ...and would you like me to announce this to guests that may want to take photos? At some halls, the manager, host/hostess, or maitre de prefer to Welcome Guests to the Facility, Introduce the Best Man for the Toast, and Introduce the Person Saying Grace (or Blessing) before Dinner.  If this is not the case (if you don't know, please fill in the following anyways), I will gladly announce these services.  Please give the name of the person who will be Saying Grace (or Blessing) before dinner:.

I typically wait for the photographer to take his/her picture of each couple as they are introduced, before calling the next couple onto the floor.  If you have a very large Bridal Party, or if the photographer runs out of film (happens a lot), I may need a third song.  Just in case...please give the Name and Artist of a Third Song (will be used only if needed):

Typically, at this point, I go right into the Bouquet Toss (if there is going to be one).  If you want to do the Bouquet and Garter activities at a later time, please list that time here (leave blank if not) .

OPEN DANCE FLOOR INFORMATION

Will there be a Dollar Dance anytime during the evening?  YesNo.  If yes, what time would you like this to take place?  .  Please take into consideration that while the dollar dance is in progress, other guests are not dancing...that considered, please delegate two people (Best Man and Maid Of Honor suggested) to collect money, keep dances brief, and considerate of time (I recommend no more than 30 seconds per person if you have 200 or more guests):

HAPPY HOUR DJ will not play anything that is blatantly offensive...unless it is requested by you.  There are, however, some songs that couples personally do not wish to hear at their reception.  In the following space, please list any songs that you, personally, do not want played:
